We are running two FREE Storm Skills Training Facilitator Refresher Sessions to help you get back into the swing of training.
This is an ideal opportunity for you as a facilitator to practice the Skills Practice, reflect on the content & ask the Storm Skills Training team any questions on the content and delivery.
Please note that this is not an opportunity to practice the technology of delivering training online – we will be offering support with this at a later date.
To make sure that you get the most from each session we have a maximum of 12 facilitators attending.
About the registration process
We will need to verify your booking and ensure minimum participant numbers have registered for the session before your place can be confirmed
After registering, a page will appear on screen to let you know that your booking request has been sent to us. You will also receive an email, but it may appear in your junk/spam folder.
Once your booking has been confirmed we will send you the calendar invite, training information and some guidance on how to prepare for the session.
Emotional Safety
Storm Skills Training aknowledges that suicide and self-harm are emotive subjects, and that the skills-training methods can cause some anxiety. We therefore endeavour to provide a safe and supportive learning environment that, whilst encouraging and enabling participants to fully engage in the training, is mindful of and responsive to their emotional safety.
To assist with emotional safety throughout the course you will be required to keep your camera on at all times, unless otherwise specified by the facilitator.
