Invite me to the STORM® session on the date I register for (or another date if this date has to be rescheduled) using the email address that I have provided on the registration form.

Processing your data

STORM® Skills Training CIC are committed to ensuring protection of all personal information that we hold, and to provide and to protect all such data in accordance with GDPR Regulations

You agree to your data being processed in accordance with the STORM® Privacy Policy which is available to view online.

Email address

o The STORM® team will use the email address that you provide on the registration form to send you email updates in relation to the training and invite you to the training taking place on Microsoft Teams

o Other participants (up to a maximum of 5 participants per session) will be able to view your name and the email address that you register with

o **IMPORTANT** Your name and email address will be viewable to other participants within calendar invites and group emails related to the STORM® training session. Therefore, it is important that you check which account your are signed into before you enter the training session, so that you are using the email you registered with, and completed your GDPR Agreement for.

By registering for this event, I understand and agree that:

o Other participants in the training will be able to view my name and email address. I understand that other participants may include:

– Colleagues who are attending the session from within my organisation, or another organisation

– Members of the STORM® Team and STORM® Facilitators

o The STORM® team and Facilitators will use the email address I provided above to send me relevant updates in relation to the session

o This email address may be visible to others within any group emails sent to participants in relation to the session

Other participants’ details

In accordance with GDPR Regulations I agree that I will not:

o Share the personal details of other participants on the course
o Contact other participants after the training using their personal details unless otherwise explicitly agreed with the participant in writing
